The Insights tab shows how much you're getting done in Fluxmail and an estimate of the time it saves you. It's a read-only dashboard you can slice by time range and by account.
What it shows
- Headline cards with your totals for the period, plus how they compare with the period before.
- Trend charts for activity and time saved over time.
- An inbox-zero streak for how consistently you clear Home.
- Email volume for how much mail you're receiving and handling.
- A breakdown of where the time savings come from, by category.
Use the range selector for the past day, week, month, year, or all time. By default, it opens on the monthly view.
Where the numbers come from
Insights tracks the things Fluxmail helps you with: marking as done, sending, unsubscribing, muting a sender, rules, and AI assists like drafts and summaries.
Time saved is an estimate layered on top of those counts. Fluxmail puts a weight on each kind of work and adds it up.
