Setup takes about a minute. You sign in with Google, approve access, and Fluxmail starts syncing your mail in the background.
- Open the Fluxmail web app and choose Sign in with Google.
- Pick the Gmail or Google Workspace account you want to use.
- Review the permissions and approve. Fluxmail needs to read and modify your mail so it can sort, label, archive, and send for you. It also asks for offline access, which lets it keep your mail current while you're away from the app.
Your 7-day free trial starts here. You don't need a card to begin.
First sync
Once you're connected, your recent mail loads first, and older messages fill in. You can start using Fluxmail straight away while that happens in the background.
New mail shows up almost as soon as it arrives. Fluxmail listens for Gmail's push notifications, so you rarely need to refresh.
Add more accounts
You can connect up to five Gmail accounts and read them in one unified view. Open the account dropdown at the top, choose Add Gmail account, and sign in again. Unified inbox explains how the unified and single-account views work.
