A handful of actions let you deal with mail how you like.
Mute
Muting is for senders or conversations you never want in Home but don't want to unsubscribe from or block.
- Mute a sender and their mail is archived and labeled, while anything new skips Home automatically. No notifications, no clutter.
- Mute a thread and that conversation stays out of Home, including any future messages.
Muted mail isn't deleted; it is still searchable, just out of your way. You'll find your muted senders and threads under Settings → Mute.
Snooze
Snoozing hides a thread now and brings it back later. Reach for it when something isn't actionable yet, like a confirmation you'll want next week.
- Pick a snooze time on a thread and it leaves Home until then.
- When the time comes, it returns to Home and is surfaced again so you don't miss it.
- In the meantime, snoozed threads sit in the Snoozed view, which you can open from the search bar.
Follow-up reminders
When you send or reply to an email, Flux AI decides whether you're waiting for a response. If you are, and you still haven't heard back after a few days, Fluxmail reminds you and flags the thread as needs follow-up in Home so you remember to chase it.
You control the timing under Settings → Follow-up reminders: turn reminders on or off, set how many days to wait before nudging you, and pick the time of day the reminder arrives.
Scheduled send
Write a message now and have Fluxmail deliver it at a time you choose. Scheduled messages wait in the Scheduled view, which you can open from the search bar, and you can cancel one before it goes out.
Undo send
Right after you hit send, Fluxmail holds the message for a few seconds (you can change the length in settings). If you spot a typo or a missing attachment, you can click Undo, and the message comes back to your composer instead of going out.
